Green shopping

I like this. Jamais Cascio talks about the growing number of websites where you can go and inform yourself about the "greenness" of all sorts of products. If you want to change the world, the way you shop is going to be more influential than the way you vote. Shopping is also more respectful of the freedom of others than traditional political action (lobbying government to impose taxes and regulations).
